• We have worked with other companies, but none compare to the Highland crew.
  We had Highland reface our brick fireplace and convert it to gas. They did such a wonderful job that when it came to the kitchen renovation we got estimates from several other companies, but knowing the workmanship of the Highland crew made it very hard to choose anyone else. We did a total gut of our kitchen and removal of a wall. Dave, an owner, was a little concerned about the beam holding up the second floor. He called in an engineer who found that the support for the second floor was not sufficient. Highland made the necessary adjustments. The kitchen was finished in two months! We couldn't be happier. Every question was addressed. Each day Marty (construction foreman) came by to direct the workers and check the work. He spotted minor issues (a nail pop in the ceiling) that we didn't even notice. Each evening we received an email from Adam letting us know what was accomplished that day and what would be taking place the next. We went on vacation while they were working and we received pictures along with the email. It was so nice to have someone who we could contact and know that we would get an immediate answer. These guys are the best! The workers are meticulous, capable, polite, and friendly. They cleaned the area each day after completing work so there was no mess to deal with. We have worked with other companies, but none compare to the Highland crew. You're making a mistake if you go with anyone else.

• I hired Highland Renovations to repair the trusses on our garage roof for the sale of my home. Dave Salla was very detailed in his explanation of the work that needed to be done.
  I was informed EVERY day of the progress of that day and the expectations for the next day. I went over often to see the progress myself and the work was superb and when they left for the day the garage looked spotless. Dave was involved every step of the way and kept me informed as well. Answered all my calls and if he couldn't he returned them quickly. Karen called me every night to give me updates as well. I even encountered some work that needed to be done from the termite inspection. I called Dave he answered right away I explained the situation and he was more than agreeable to handle that job for me instead of hiring another contractor. They even had to keep their men sitting for 3 hours while there was a miscommunication on the part of the termite company but Dave never made me feel bad about the confusion. Professionalism and communication are TOP NOTCH, not to mention the work!!! I would hire them in an instant and have recommended them to all that ask. If you need renovations that Highland Renovations can provide them..... HIRE THEM ! You won't be disappointed!
