  • Sales Associate

    The Sales Associate is responsible for connecting with prospective clients and managing the pre construction process. They communicate with potential clients to understand what the project needs are and develop an estimate for the project.

  • Project Manager

    The Project Manager is responsible for making sure our renovation projects run smoothly and on schedule. They work closely with selected trade partners and with the Lead Carpenter to ensure our work meets the high standards our clients expect. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients and must be organized and proactive with communications to keep clients informed. They must be technologically proficient and able to troubleshoot effectively. They are skilled communicators who know how to motivate the team to complete projects on time and on budget.

  • Office Assistant

    The Office Assistant works in the office to keep project information up-to-date, manage bookeeping, respond to emails, and answer the phone. They are computer savvy and highly proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience using construction management software is a bonus, but not required. The Office Assistant must have excellent communication skills and be able to handle stressful situations and time constraints in a calm, professional manner. Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.

  • Lead Carpenter

    Our Lead Carpenter is responsible for supervising Jr. Carpenters and Helper/Laborers on our active home renovation sites. The Lead Carpenter manages the operations and timelines of projects — constructing, reviewing and executing on blueprints and schematics, keeping projects on schedule and on budget, overseeing work quality, and meeting and exceeding our client’s expectations. Our Lead Carpenter must have excellent knowledge of the carpentry industry and experience managing construction projects.

  • Jr. Carpenter

    Our Jr. Carpenter is responsible for assisting the Lead Carpenter with construction and carpentry tasks on a home renovation site. They should have some experience with carpentry and working tool and equipment knowledge. A Jr. Carpenter should demonstrate a willingness and desire to learn and grow their current skill set. They are organized, detail-oriented, and able to self-manage.

  • Helper / Laborer

    The Helper/Laborer supports our Lead Carpenter and Jr. Carpenter by assisting with entry-level maintenance and basic construction tasks. They are responsible for preparing the jobsite by getting materials and supplies, making sure the site stays organized, and cleaning up the worksite, and must be able to point out any safety concerns on a job site. A Helper/Laborer must be physically able to be on their feet and able to consistently lift 75 lbs regularly throughout a shift.
